The cathedral was restored and opened in 1975 after an earthquake taking place during the fifties and it stands out not only because of its size and beautiful clock tower and bells, but because of its external peach color as well. The inside is impressive too with the large religious portraits and the combination of colors on the dome, blue, orange and cream. You will find the confession box by the door.
